Each year NEZ Baseball hosts two major tournaments
- Machine Pitch Rookie Tournament
- Mosquito / Peewee Tournament
Rookie Machine Pitch Tournament for 2012 will be at Rundle Park on Saturday, May 26. All NEZ BlastBall, Rally Cap & Senior Rookie teams participate as part of their season. There is no entry fee for NEZ teams for this tournament. The tournament is open to all teams from across Edmonton or across the Province. 32 Rally Cap, T-Ball and Rookie teams will be accepted.
It is an action packed day of Baseball – all teams will play 3 games. The tournament fills up quickly so enter early to avoid disappointment.
All players receive participation medals and a goodie bags of treats. There are Player of the Game Medals for each team at every game and there are awards for Batting Champion, Golden Glove and Spirit of Sport for every team. All players will also receive a free hot dog & drink.

Mosquito/Peewee Tournament for 2012 will be at Rundle Park on June 1, 2 & 3. All NEZ Mosquito and Peewee teams participate as part of their season. There is no entry fee for NEZ teams for this tournament. The tournament is open to all teams from across Edmonton or across the Province. 16 Peewee teams and 8 Mosquito teams will be accepted.
Eight Peewee teams will compete in 4 championship games and 4 Mosquito teams will compete in 2 championship games with gold and silver medals being presented. There are Player of the Games Medals for each team at every game and awards for Spirit of Sport for each team. All players will also receive a free hot dog & drink.
