NEZ HOCKEY CONDITIONING CAMPS – REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

Registration is now open for the NEZ Pre-Season Conditioning Camp and our new Strength and Conditioning camp. In addition to the 1 week of on ice conditioning we will be holding a 2 week/4 session strength camp hosted at the NEZ Training Facility run by Tate Clifford and Victoria Lindsay.

Tate is the Padres 18U AAA Strength coach and a graduate of the University of Alberta with a degree in Kinesiology. Victoria is a 4th year Kinesiology student at the U of A and the trainer for the NE 501 Chill, runners up for Tier 1 City Champions 23/24.

Space is limited in our off-ice strength sessions so please register early.

Camp fees are:

• $185.00 for the on-ice camp
• $100.00 for the strength & conditioning camp

The fee can be paid by e-transfer to nezsportstreasurer@gmail.com
Be sure to include the players name, category and what camp they are registering for on the message line.

Off-ice camp will run August 6, 8, 13, and 15. Times are TBD but will be in the evening between 6 PM and 9 PM. Held at the NEZ Training Facility, 12855 – 52 St.

On-Ice camp will run August 19 to 23 evenings.

• U9 – 6-7 – Clairview
  U11 – 7:15-8:15 – Clairview
• U13 – 8:30-9:30 – Clairview
• U15 – 7:30-8:30 – Londonderry
• U18 – 8:45-9:45 – Londonderry
