The NEZ Padres Provincial Baseball program is for NEZ Mosquito and Peewee players who want to play more ball. The Community Provincial season starts at the end of the NEZ House League season with play through the month of July. There are try-outs, a ton of practices and three weekends of really great, competitive ball.
You would play two weekends of round-robin competition then a championship weekend. Usually each of our teams hosts one weekend in Rundle Park. Play for the other two weekends could be local, Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park or could be pretty much anywhere in Alberta.
The 2011 NEZ Padres teams enjoyed great success. The Padres Mosquito team won a silver medal in Tier 1 and the Padres Peewee team won the Gold in Tier 3.
With great coaching and lots of practice our players finish their season with greatly improved skills and have a lot of fun.
All NEZ Mosquito and Peewee players are invited and encouraged to attend try-outs

Padres Player Registration Fee: $100.00 per player. (collected after the teams are selected)
