The Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues (EFCL) and Hockey Edmonton (Edmonton Minor Hockey Association) have worked together to create a new system to facilitate the sales of Community League memberships during the hockey registration. As strong supporters of EFCL and their drive for memberships, Hockey Edmonton has collaborated with EFCL to develop a streamlined process that integrated EFCL memberships into their hockey registration procedures, reducing the workload of both hockey registrars and community league membership directors.

 

A Corporate membership rate of $25.00 per family has been established and will be charged by registrars to every family. The amount has been set at the current average rate for community league memberships across the city. All Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues will honor this corporate rate.

 

You may not receive your membership card at registration but you will be given a receipt to show that you have paid. We will be forwarding lists on August 15/10 to EFCL along with the money we have collected so that any family that has registered before this date should receive their membership card from their community league in early September. If you need it for other sports programs sooner you can contact EFCL at communications@efcl.org or call them at 780-437-2913. If you register after this date the list will not go into EFCL until January 15/10, again you can contact EFCL at the above contacts to receive your membership card.
