2010-2011 Online Hockey Registration

Only Midget players from the communities of the NEZ may use this link to register online. Players that have previously registered elsewhere must first contact the NEZ Midget registrar, Darlene Hein (email dghein@telus.net, or 780-915-2351), to enact a transfer/release from their previous association.

1. Registration of the player is NOT complete until ALL registration requirements have been met:
   • Receipt of cheque/money order (payable to ‘NEZ Sports Council’) with a copy of your receipt mailed to: 7515 Borden Park Road, Edmonton, AB T5B 4W8.
   • FOR MIDGET PLAYERS ONLY: Receipt of cheque/money order (payable to ‘NEZ Sports Council’), dated March 1, 2011 for the amount of $100 for a bingo deposit mailed to: 7515 Borden Park Road, Edmonton, AB T5B 4W8. This cheque will only be cashed if you do not work the required bingo.
   • Purchase of 2010-2011 Coporate Community League Membership
   • For NEW players: copy of birth certificate and Alberta Health Care card accompanying payment of fees (or emailed to dghein@telus.net)  
2. Once all registration requirements have been met you will be contacted with ice times/evaluation groups for the player(s) you have registered. Evaluations/try-outs will start in mid-September.
