2010/2011 HOCKEY REGISTRATION DATES
NEZ MIDGET HOCKEY
Tryouts for NEZ midgets do not start until Sept 26, 2010 and the first league game is October 23, 2010.
NEZ Refund Policy: Prior to the first try-out skate a full refund less a $35.00 administration fee will be given to players who withdraw from the program. Once the try-out skates start, refunds will be given to players who withdraw from the program less the $35.00 administration fee and less $25.00 per skate. Once team formation begins refunds will only be considered in the event of a season ending injury – a doctor’s note is required. In the event that we are unable to place a player on a NEZ team every effort will be made to find an alternate team outside of our zone. Should this happen and the player chooses to not transfer to an outside team then a full refund will be given.
Note: Corporate Community League Membership fee is not refundable.

NEZ Hockey Registration
All Midget players register with NEZ Hockey. Register in person on the following dates/locations or register Online. All Midget players playing in NEZ must have a current season Community League Membership.
Midget registration fee for 2010-2011 is $575.00 plus $25/family Corporate Community League Membership. You will also be required to leave 1 post dated cheque ($100.00) for your volunteer commitment. Your registration will not be accepted without a deposit cheque.
