28-Oct-17 12:00 – 1:15 PM NAIT Main Campus – Classroom U152 Athletic Health and Nutrition In this session, athletes will be introduced to what good nutrition really is. Myths surrounding what to eat and what not to eat as an athlete will be busted. Nutritional labeling awareness will also be covered. Nutritional Road Trip Athletes will meet at a grocery store and with only $10.00, they will be guided and instructed on nutritional purchasing practices. Whether it is in an interview, receiving an award or simply presenting an idea in school or at your workplace. He is a certified national coach and has won national championships as a coach. In this session, Mark will introduce concepts of individual and team leadership.
